I got a call a few days before the wedding day. Amy wanted me to document her wedding; "just a simple front yard wedding" she said. One thing that I know for sure, at-home weddings are the sweetest and most gorgeous ceremonies. Something about being at home relaxes everyone, puts your mind and heart at ease. They create beautiful stories of not only your love for each other, but also what makes your life whole, where you plan to raise a family and where you will officially call home as husband and wife.

Amy and Gunnar were surrounded by their closest friend, Justin, who officiated the ceremony, Amy's sweet girls, Lilly and Lucy and Amy's parents, David and Joyce. Mother Nature opened the clouds just enough to allow us to hold the ceremony outside and free of rain. It was a perfect day for a wedding! I absolutely adored this ceremony and am so happy that Amy and Gunnar trusted me to capture the joy of their sweet wedding day.
